Anime - Death Note

The 3 hour drama. Short, but compared to the manga, a little more fulfilling in the content of the time span given. The ending isn't so good though. Anyhow, Death Note itself has a very good plot, and the drama is a good representation of it.

For those that don't know Death Note:
It's about a boy who picks up a note that can kill people when their names are written on it, and this boy realizes a dream to recreate the world into a new utopia by killing off the criminals of the century. The main mystery/suspense genre arises from the boy being chased down by the police, a battle between Kira (the boy referred to as a god by the people) and L (the unknown and anonymous mysterious detective that solved numerous amount of crimes). There is a lot of supernatural elements in the setting, as well as precise and accurate utilization of deduction/induction. The perfect plot.

It's streaming but it has every episode subbed.

Anime is good, but not as good as the manga.

However, they did well on the music, the fucking fanservice in episode 25, and the ending.
